Yes. You can change your server location from the client area at any time. Each plan is tied to one primary location, but you can order additional plans for other locations.
Yes. Bandwidth resets every month on your billing date. Unused bandwidth does not carry over to the next month.
Currently plans are billed monthly. This gives you the flexibility to cancel or change at any time without long-term commitment.
When you reach your monthly bandwidth limit, your connection will be throttled or suspended until the next billing cycle. You can purchase additional bandwidth top-ups from the client area.
