By using Just My Socks services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Just My Socks.
Just My Socks provides proxy service using Shadowsocks and VLESS/Reality protocols. The service includes server access, configuration support, and technical assistance. Service availability targets 99.9% uptime but is not guaranteed.
You may use Just My Socks for lawful personal and business purposes including accessing blocked websites and protecting your privacy. You may not use the service to send spam, conduct DDoS attacks, distribute malware, engage in illegal activities, or violate the rights of third parties.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your account with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.
Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually as selected at purchase. Just My Socks offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Refunds after 30 days are at our discretion. Chargebacks through your payment provider may result in account suspension.
Just My Socks reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service with reasonable notice. We may update server protocols, pricing, and features as the service evolves. We will provide notice of material changes via email or the client area.
Just My Socks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding three months.
You may cancel your account at any time from the client area. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or pose security risks to our infrastructure. Upon termination, your access to the service ceases immediately.
These terms are governed by applicable international law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
