We collect only aggregate bandwidth usage data (total bytes transferred per billing period) for the purpose of enforcing your plan's data limit. No per-session or per-destination logs are kept.
Our servers process your IP address during the connection for technical routing purposes. This information is not stored in logs and is not retained after your session ends. We do not link connection metadata to your account in any persistent log.
Our website uses essential session cookies required for account login and security. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect account functionality.
We use PayPal and Alipay for payment processing. These services have their own privacy policies. We share only the minimum information required to complete your transaction. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
All connections to our client area are protected by TLS encryption. Payment information is processed by PCI-compliant payment processors and is never stored on our servers. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your account data.
Account information is retained for the duration of your account. If you close your account, personal data is deleted within 90 days except where required by law for billing records. Aggregate bandwidth totals are deleted within 30 days of account closure.
